Registration Requirements

The following documents are required for new students entering Kinder to 12th grade:

Birth Certificate
Parent ID
Proof of Address - Utility (Water, Gas, or Electricity only), Lease or Mortgage Agreement
Immunization Record
Social Security Card (US Citizen only)
Medical Records *If child has a medical condition
Legal Paperwork (ex. Guardianship, Child Custody, Power of Attorney, Adjudicated Delinquent, Order of Protection, etc.)

Proof of Income documents (check stub, bank statement, or Texas Benefits Letter showing date range the benefits are Active)
